And at the same time, you also don't want to let people off the hook. There's an other side to this, which is sometimes one of our go-tos is who else can I blame? So it's a really interesting dance, isn't it? It is. But the reality is with blaming other people is that it leaves us powerless. The complete opposite of a sense of power because it's all over there with them.
