How to Render Unicod Characters?

It's impossible to know how the terminal is going to render these unicod it might do correctly. Every terminal did it differently, not only the terminal. I was platform dependent. So far as i can tell, there is no reasonable solution which will work across all platforms and all too many unknown thra, too many unknowns.
