How to Stop Burning Out in Your Ets
Ets are protective and reactive. This can lead them to feeling as though they have to be everywhere, taking care of everything all the time. They also aren't great at acknowledging their limitations so it can feel like weakness to ask for help. More than any other type, i've had ets tell me that they didn't know they were burnt out or going too hard until after they had some sort of a ailment come into play.
