i think intentional change is really hard, and that we're probably better off trying to find ways mitigate our personality or some one else's personality. So if there's something you don't like about yourself or about your partner, i think trying to create an environment where that's not going to be as big as a problem is a more productive avenue than trying to change it. I have a lot of friends who've tried to teach me how to be more extraverted, really like an in some cases, like really extensive becase i wanted to learn that too. But i could never apply it in a consistent way, lik, i might be old to one day, but not every day.
