The Flaky Salt of the Mediterranean
The walled city of Lucelu Camarga is known for a production of sea salt. You can look down from the top of the ramparts and see these giant sea flats where they're evaporating the salt to make it pink. It's very like visually, you know, because they sell Lucelu camarga.
