The SEC's Response to the Coinbase S1 Filing

Coinbase is acting like a victim right now, but that S1 filing really states that they knew the risk involved. They chose to do it anyway for revenues to increase revenues. The SEC made them change that language as well. And so they basically said you can't do your scoring system to decide what you listen and what you don't list.
