The Importance of Rest and Recreation

i've recently realized that i have uh this habit of the reels flipping. Some types of recreation may not actually be restful and so if we're tired all the time we've got to kind of look at okay well are we really doing rest or are we just doing rest you know recreation? So i would put g rpc rest restful g r sorry  and then i'll follow that up with a bit of a rant um just a check against ourselves here. I want them to have work-life balance it's not about grinding all the time it's just about staying on top of things so that you don't have to feel that pressure and that anxiety of of the task
