Is There a Limitation of Virtual Learning?

There are benefits from the virtual learning, but there are also conts that we need to minimise. In a physical setting, you can just lean and talk to your neighbors about something. But in this virtual setting, how would i really do that? There's no like, even if the breakout rooms are allowed to be created, you cannot really create it by yourself. Someone has to create it,. so there are like small scale missing points that we cannot just simulate through these tools.
