The Paintings of Dwarfs in the Prado Ano
For a very, very long time, this is something i get very heated. Boud historians and specifical art historians have complained about these pictures of dwarfs. The palace vermin they were called by an art historian in the 19 twenties. And there are several paintings of drars in that room. Another one, for example, shows the dwarf as ambassador. It's the only time you ever see a painting by valascus that shows some one reading or appearing scholarly. So so magnificent.
