How to Use Third Party Consultants to Invest in Your Portfolio Company
The best consultants never finish but never get fired. Our job is to make these very tight from using those resources. Especially for us in particular, we're a smaller fund investing in smaller companies. It helps to keep some continuity and applies it specifically to that portfolio company by having someone that understands both the fund as well as the portfolio companies.
