Decentralization and Permissionless Networks
The way that we have arranged these notes allows for some flexibility and how some of the underlying data is being stored. Decentralization means anybody can have access to the ledger. Anybody, if they have the right resources, can become a validator, validing node. But this is not a decentralized, distribute ledger. It is decentralized in that there is no centralizing agent that is arranging, organizing the network. You have two two categories, o permission and permission less.
