How to Create Motivational Emails

Every day there's an inspirational email from blank page to everybody who signs up. We're over 3,000 users now. So far it seems to motivate a small portion of our audience and we hope to tweak and fiddle with it until we motivate a lot more people. How did you go about researching the process and the needs for this tool? Well, actually that was kind of interesting because it's very difficult to research something that has this kind of soft value approach. It's not really something you can quantify because you would need an insane amount of users and there's just no way to have the time to collect all the data.
