Suffering is not a bad thing. The world just says to us, it puts a label on suffering. You're going to get better if you use strong suffering to your advantage. When i've gone through the most difficult times and i'm in pain, i use it as a servant, and it makes me humble. Sojourning is a tool where you actually get the process through the pain.
