The origination market has just plummeted as e as mortgage rates have gone up. As a result, we've seen a lot of mortgage lenders im exit the channel. We're going to be looking at whether m it's going to take a lot more time for brokers to actually close these loans because they're going to have less staff in terms of underwriting and closing.
