I think that was very, very well explained. I imagine a lot of the listeners are going to be super high on the resistance training aspect. So it's kind of like finding your balance if you're really low on one of them. Maybe you need to go higher on another. And it also doesn't have to be a step count because I think you both mentioned that you have standing desk and or treadmill desk. Those are great ways to be a lot more active for very low mental efforts,. comparative to, you know, pushing yourself to do walks.
