I Don't Wanna, I'm Not a Conservative, I Am a Nationalist
I would love for people who don't actually believe in conservatism as I understand it to stop calling themselves conservatives. If they want to lay claim to the, sometimes failed, sometimes deeply flawed, often, if not always, not very conservative, public policies of the 1930s and the New Deal, go for it, I love it. I wish they would stop coming up with phrases like common good and just say they're social justice types. What they believe are culturally conservative versions of left-wing public policies, let them say so! Makes it much easier.
