I think the predominant model is a therapeutic clinical model, right? It's not just necessarily going to Rite Aid and getting your LSD and going home. I mean, it's really kind of a traditional psychiatric model where these drugs are almost just sort of catalyzing or accelerating certain revelations that using the sort of old school Freudian style talking cure might take years or decades to come out. And then you do what's called integration sessions, where you work again with that same therapist to make sense of these experiences," he says.
