The real question to me is, did the cars then or now have some functionality which would predict range at 100% based on that person's driving style? Because it would yield a very different number. And Tesla knowing that would have been completely dishonest. So there's like three layers to this, one is that Tesla teaches to the test. They optimize for the test, the EPA number, right, whereas, and this has been been borne out in test after test aftertest after test,. Porsche, right, the Ticon, you could tell they went and they did the exact opposite of this.
