I don't think most white collar employees will be expected to come in five days a week forever ever again. I'm a little sympathetic to CEOs who for a lot of the pandemic and seeing the bars full on Saturday and Sunday and seeing their offices empty on Monday. So yeah, I think you have ultimately working there. But the great resignation is real. There are millions of missing workers. We don't quite know where they are.
