Every summer, when i come back to full time block planning at the end of the summer, it's i struggle there's always resistance. There is a real missmatch between our brains and the type of planning and motivation that they're wired to do. The brain doesn't really know much about in terms of evolutionary instinct. And so, i don't know, there's an interesting commentary in there about what it takes to get our brain on our side for doing things that our brain doesn’t really know very well about.
