The Power of Ideas
We generally are wired from all those years of evolution being a tribal species to assess ideas through a speaker. So like the virtues of civil rights don't have the same power to it if you don't hear them through Martin Luther King Jr. And so I'm constantly in my head like imagining what he will say that is more useful as a debate strategy than me just looking up all the arguments anybody's ever said from that perspective. It's amazing how humans whenever we personify a concept, now we can think about the same arguments that that entire cloud of ideas might make that make the most sense through that speaker.
