Watershed Management - The Challenges of Water Management
Villagers have to decide if they want to take part in the water cup. They must elect five people who will be sent for training, and trained in watershed management. The villagers insist that out of the five participants, at least two must be women. There's a complex marking system for the satheme vgete watercup - it's a prestigeous competition to win. So the name of the village is joy and pride in your village.
