Women of Color - What Are the Next Things You Want to Solve For?
I want to persuade women to look at companies a little differently and align themselves the companies that are doing real good. I'm very interested in socially conscious companies that are working on problems that are going to affect humankind like climate change or the climate crisis sustainability for example. Where some companies are missing the mark is looking at people like baseball cards. You know, only being interested in accumulating a certain number of women in their pipeline just to say that they've done it just to hit a particular goal post George Floyd. The right way of doing it is actually building relationships that you can point to and say that you have invested your time with this woman over the course of the year. It's win-
