How to Manage Complexity in an Organization?
I don't think that a single mode of thinking can explain everything. And have multiple different types of models, but also don't try to change too much too quickly. You have to kind of respect the complexity of the system. Only in doing that can you kind of recognize what is in your capability and abilities o actually change. i certainly approach it with a sense of humility.
