Economist David Frum says he has some trepidations about economics education for undergraduates. He argues that students should learn how social beings co-ordinate and operate with each other, rather than just mathematics. If there were no price floors or minimum wages, people wouldn't be able to make their own optimal decisions in a market place such as the one we have at present, Dr Frum writes.
