How Mentors Help Mentors Make Contributions to Projects
Mentors from each team inside the cohort help mentees make their first set of contributions. So they, so as opposed to a typical contributor who is, who sort of like comes to the project and doesn't know which handbook to look at or which tracks and to join. There's a mentor to guide them to onboard them through the project. And by the end of the four weeks, every participant in the program, our hope is that they will have made a first set of initial contributions.
