I literally can't imagine doing less than I do. It might mean that you are stronger later if you give it a bit of a break, whereas if you push yourself too much now, then maybe you'll crash. We should all be more like Debbie in life as with workouts. If it doesn't make you very, very sad to not go, then maybe just go, but go a little bit gentle on anything that involves your upper body.
