Father Castle decided to help Ray meet other people by putting him in contact with a soul that had preceded him in death. He hadn't known his dad very well, his dad died when he was 10. The next time we got together, all of this happened in the span of about three weeks. It felt like a permanent goodbye to a friend that I'd never even laid eyes on.
