Todd: Our CEO does not like people not being able to focus on a few things and just obsess over a few things he's a believer in that so we're always looking at like well how can we get someone to just kind of own that thing. We also have a rule that when we're discussing hiring each we usually discuss it twice a yearKind of in big big planning terms when we're hiring we are not allowed to say something like well i need another i need another haley or berry, Todd says. "It's very lazy thinking"
