Justice Jackson's Knowledge of the Constitution Is a Huge Asset to the Supreme Court.
i think judge jackson has even more intimate knowledge of what it's like to be on side of the v. She basically learned the system from the inside, and then joined the supreme court eventually. i can only hope that say during ol arguments at conference, in opinions, she can bring that perspective to the table.
