The Importance of Testable Theories

We perceive dogs with eyes closer together that are more similar to the ratio of a human as more intelligent. There's nothing ridiculous about that theory it's probably false, but it's a theory worth testing. Well, you know, one of the things I also get from David Deutsches and Karl Popper is that humans are just very hard to manipulate like we can't. Yes, how a student can be radically changed changed by a seemingly small change in their environment doesn't bring true for me as human beings work.
