Burnout is a state of depletion in all areas so like every all your kind of internal and physical resources have been drained. If you're not taking care of your body that's going to feed through into your mind and cognitive processes as well. People find quite helpful sometimes is doing a bit of exercise if that is something they'd neglected before when they were burned out. You can intervene at any point in that loop and actually start to have a positive difference in the rest of the system.
