The Queen's Death
i felt surprisingly moved by a lot of it. I had tears in my eyes when i saw the coffin on the gun carriage leave buckingham palace, members of the royal family walking behind beethoven's funeral march. My mother, who died over a decade ago, was much the same age as the queen. And i do think, weirdly, that i've met the queen once - even though she wouldn't know me from a barosope. We're also going to look at the relationship between the media and the monarchy which has played out in a really interesting way.
