Kang's Banishment

I thought maybe he would shout out Richards. That's what I was expecting. My inference was that it was the council of Kang's. But they kept making a point of not saying who banished him. They never said they. Like is it the Illuminati? Is it the Fantastic Four? So I thought that was a wasted kind of setup than the film that they never really paid off on. It could have been the other Kang's, it could have been anyone. The whole time, I'm like, is he going to say Richards? Most people consider him to be a Richards, but this is now the Marvel Cinematic Universe and things are different.
