I want to talk more about exercise and breathing. I've been a runner for a number of years, and never really concerned myself with how the air was getting in. But after reading your book, chatting with you to day, i'm excited to get back out there and focus on breathing through the nose. What would you recommend for somebody like me who's a recreational athlete? Say, it's ina, biking, running. I guess swimming 's a bit different, cause you have the water there.
