What Advice Do You Have for Churches With More Normal Size Resources?

Not all not all churches are supposed to have the same calling right we're all parts of the same body, but one's a hand one's a foot. A lot of times what I have seen and witness from my perspective is a lot of churches trying to be like a church that they deem successful. When in reality, their church being exactly the size it is and reaching exactly who it is might be successful. It's assessing who is God calling us to reach and what is the best mechanism to do that.
