I love that this really cool, it does seem like at least to me, we are starting to see this shift in the younger generation. Like my daughter is a high school athlete. Things of her body so much differently than I did at 14 when I was self critical and only caring about what size jeans I fit into. And she's now focusing on how she nourish herself best for the best performance. If you want to make a fire burn hotter, you don't take away its fuel. You give it more fuel in a way that lets it build gradually and into a stronger fire. For women who are wanting to make the switch and hopefully willing to discard this idea of just losing weight
