The Meta Microsoft release, llama to a language model for commercial use that distinction is really important. The license actually is not entirely open source. It does preclude users that are, let's say bad. There's some kind of funny things in there. If you have over 700 million monthly active users, you're not allowed to use it to commercial applications. But every everyone else, all the companies that are not like a billion dollar company, go ahead.
