Hyper Vigilance
The mind tends to go over things that it can't understand, can't comprehend. It's trying to find solutions and you get that compulsion to repeat the kicks in. When people are hyper vigilant, their system is on high alert because they've kind of put themselves into a physiological alarm state. So one of the exercises that I, you know, and Rob, this does actually owe something to your experience when you're very unwell overseas and you're in extreme pain,. You said to me that you are only in impression and not all what you appear to be. Think, well, you can apply that to these kind of hyper vigilance things.
