The Cyclic Nature of Reality

There is and was a way that ancient civilizations and ancient people groups viewed the world. The sibil of Qumai prophesied doom and death to Greece as the cyclical nature of all reality. Peace will be followed by war, happiness by suffering, life by death. Tomorrow will be an endless repeat of today. Things are the way they are and you are helpless in any meaningful way to change it.
