The Importance of Facilitating Processes
Facilitation rather means managing group dynamics, getting the shy voices to speak. It just made me aware of that there are actually two groups of facilitators that are doing very different work. And this is sort of also the realization we had when we rebranded, basically just changed the name. So yeah, I think if done well, even prescribed processes can both benefit from a tool like session lab where it helps you guide you through the process as well.
