Meditation - I'm Not Good at It, I Can't Even Touch My Toes
meditation is not about being good at anything, it's just an ongoing practice. We're often afraid to do new things that we don't already have some amount of skill or acumen with. The oi of i'm hungry, i can't eat. It literally doesn't make sense. Andrea: There's a lot of ego in there, protecting us from the unknown. I think really there's this mis conception that the practice of meditation, right? When you think like, i'm not going to be good at it, it's the thought that there is a fixed point that you're going to arrive at.
