How Long Can You Store Your Kiwi Berry?

Kiwi berries are a climactic fruit. So that means it's a fruit that ripens, that continues to ripen once it's off the plant. When we get an average sugar level in the vineyard of eight bricks, that's when we strip the vine. At that point, it can go into cold storage. And so this is storage right above freezing. But you have a good six weeks where you can store them.
