What Are the Parallels to Your Own Storyar?
lynn: I believe musical theatre should be in communication with pop music and popular culture. My early attempts at writing musicals were all larsean knock offs. In the heights was the first time i tried to start id to sound like myself. There's the parallels to your own storyar almost everywhere, including this idea of writing your way out. And believing, having that trust that if i keep writing, ifi keep writing, i amn going to get out.
