Is the C Suite Waking Up to That More Flexible View of the Chief People Role?

The C suite is waking up to that much more flexible view of the sort of chief people role. Some and some, I think some absolutely get it. And if you start to look at those businesses that are working towards an environment where employees can be of themselves and give of themselves and be their best then absolutely. But I hope that they hold the line, rip the teeth and face into the longer term sustainable decision making.
