How Do You Counsel a Person With Big Anger?

"I just am not afraid of anger per se. I actually bring it into the room when I'm working with people," she said. "Anger is a huge part of addiction and also recovery." She says we have to decide what is going to be the best action for anger. For example, instead of potentially aggressively going out and being agitated in a protest that may or may not work. The other the other opposite action for that is I care it's my value to care about the community.
