I see it in my own kids too, all the time where they're like, well, like, say something I'm like, where did you get that idea? And it's being like, okay, now we have to work on like that's not true. My seven year old daughter be like, Oh, you know, nobody likes me. As a parent that's really painful. It's part of our brains just attaching on to the negative. We can have thousand positive comments, but then the one negative one we're like, Oh my God. But there is an evolutionary side to things - if you don't understand which berries are poison and what ones will make you feel sick
