What's Harvey Norman Worth?

I guess it's a question of what's Harvey Norman actually worth? And how do you as an investor look at the balance sheet and then add or subtract from a PE on their basis? I'm really speaking, all else being equal, that's whatever your rate of return on equity is going to be. So they might both be at a similar multiple of the share prices, the same multiple of earnings. But if one's growing at six or 7%, because the property portfolio is just not growing that fast while the other's growing at 30%. Then that $3.90 worth of property per share is being, is being,. is being kind of, you know, holding to the share
