Property investment is absolutely a national support for all Australians. It will be dire if property price in Australia sunk to 40%, like you said in the share market. Most investors I know, particularly sort of early on in their investing is investing with debt leverage. A big bank is poning up 80, maybe 90, maybe 70, maybe 60% of the funds. So they're highly invested in the strength of the property markets. And then structurally the Australian government has said, well, if a third of Australians rent, we need to provide rental stock. We don't want everyone sucking on the teeth of public housing. So let's incentivize Aussie mum and dad's to be property
