Judge Sean Hotman: "I will argue that those are moments in time. And if they weren't moments in time, we wouldn't be here right now discussing them" He asks Tanya whether she would have proposed to her boyfriend Thomas had he been engaged at the time of their wedding. She says yes; Judge Hotman questions him again about his proposal plans. The judge then leaves the courtroom and returns a few minutes later with his verdict.
